FALAK offers only the premium quality of basmati rice from Pakistan.

Each grain of FALAK is at least 7.4mm long and has its tips intact. It is milled it to a whiteness of 40 kett. After meeting with all the stringent quality specifications, it is aged for a period of over one year. The rice is then processed on the state of the art plant to become FALAK.

Basmati rice is traditionally associated with Birayanis and Pilaus. The delicate texture and natural aroma of FALAK Basmati makes it ideal for these traditional rice dishes. FALAK also makes delicious Zarda (sweet
